This notice explains how mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are handled when you opt in to receive text messages from Good At Marketing. It applies specifically to our SMS/text messaging program.
No sharing or selling of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information, SMS opt-in, and consent data are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent are used only to deliver and manage the text messages you asked to receive. They are handled solely by Good At Marketing and our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of carrying those messages, and for no other purpose.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting Good At Marketing’s contact form and checking a clearly-labeled box that is unchecked by default, which reads: “By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Good At Marketing to follow up on your inquiry and help schedule appointments. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Opting in is optional and is never required to submit the form or to make a purchase.

The messages you receive
Good At Marketing sends customer-care and lead follow-up text messages to people who submitted its web form and opted in. The messages answer your questions, follow up on your inquiry, and help schedule appointments. They are conversational and one-to-one, not bulk or promotional marketing.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help. We honor STOP immediately and stop further messages to that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is specific to this sender
Consent to receive text messages is collected only for Good At Marketing and only for this messaging program. It is not transferred, assigned, or sold to any other business, affiliate, or party, and it is not treated as consent for any other sender.
